  • Payment information: payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card or M-Pesa details — only a payment reference and status.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies necessary to keep you signed in and secure the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and process your orders.
  • To arrange delivery of your order through Pick Up Mtaani.
  • To take payment securely and confirm it via Paystack.
  • To communicate with you about your orders and respond to enquiries.
  • To protect the site against fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the store:

  • Paystack — to process payments.
  • Pick Up Mtaani — to deliver your order (we share your name, phone number, and pickup station).
  • Google — only if you use Google sign-in.
