Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

3. Products & Availability

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly due to screens and photography. All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order — including after payment, with a full refund — for reasons such as an item being out of stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack (card, M-Pesa, and other supported methods). We do not store your full payment details.
• Eligible first-time customers receive 10% off their first order, applied automatically at checkout. Promotional discounts may not be combined unless stated.
• We make every effort to ensure prices are correct; if an error is found, we will contact you before processing the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Kenya through Pick Up Mtaani. You will select a pickup station at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Shipping is free on orders of KES 12,000 and above; a flat delivery fee applies below that. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with the courier.

7. Exchanges (No Refunds or Returns)

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. The only exception is a size exchange: if an item does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached, and the exchange must be requested within 7 days of collection. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Nari Studio name, logo, designs, images, and text — is our property or used with permission and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with the security or proper working of the site, or submit false or fraudulent orders.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nari Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Kenyan law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
